Ghanaians Hold Memorial Service Here Today

The Ghanaian Community in Liberia will today hold a memorial service for the late Ghanaian President, Professor John Atta Mills in Monrovia. According to the program for the Memorial Service, tributes will come from the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, the President of Ghanaian Professional Association, Mr. Anthony Azaglo and the President of the Ghanaian Community and Descendants Union; Mr. Sam Ashley.
 
Other dignitaries that will pay tribute include the Chairman of the ECOWAS Union in Liberia; Mr. Yaya E. Jalingo, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration; Mr. Sebastian Beliwine.
 
During the Memorial Service set for the Ebenezer United Methodist Church on Lynch Street in Monrovia, several clergymen are expected to officiate including guest Preacher Father Francis Andrew Johnson of the St. Anthony Parish and Father Joseph Ebow Baidoo of the All Saints Parish Catholic Church of Unification Town, Margibi County.
 
Other clerics expected to grace the occasion are Rev. Alice A. Quarshie, Associate Pastor of the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, Rev. Rodney H. Marshall, Pastor-In-Charge of the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, Rev. Dr. Jerry P. Kulah and Bishop Dr. John G. Innis of the United Methodist Church of Liberia.
